*Discretion*
Definition: Recognizing and avoiding words, actions and attitudes which would bring undesirable consequences.
Illustration: When racing across an open field, a red fox can cover 20 feet in a single stride. Though faster than a pack of hounds, a red fox tires easily and must rely on craftiness rather than stamina to outwit its pursuers. Since its footprints leave a scent, a fox carefully lays down a confusing trail to confuse the hounds. Just as the fox must be wise to stay alive, we must use good judgement as well.
